I am so sensitive to caffeine that if just look at a cup of coffee after 10am and I won’t be able to fall asleep at night. This refreshing drink (I love them all) gives that just-enough caffeine at 1 or 2 in the afternoon to keep me happily moving through the rest of the day and also lay fast asleep at bedtime. It’s pretty magical. Also, Whole 30 approved? A dream.

Was looking for a beverage that was lightly caffeinated, carbonated, and flavored with fruit juice instead of artificial ingredients and sweeteners. Alldae turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. Have been drinking these for over 6 months now, and I still can't decide which is my favorite flavor. They are all good!
